Cars are not allowed on dirt roads or Saddle road (hwy200) or other mountain roads unless discussed ahead of time.
No smoking .
These fees are at our discretion.
Over Milage 500/week $100(excessive wear)
Change Car due to preference $100(gas time and cleaning)
Lost Key, Lock out $250 -500(Locksmiths are expensive)
Damages ??(be careful and be insured)
Smoking or other funky smells in the car $400(smells linger)
Excesive Cleaning Fee $250(spills and pigpens)
Mauna Kea/ Saddle Road $100(excessive wear)
Late return $10 per hour or $240 a day (late returns often make other clients wait)
Late pay loss of reservation(reservation is set after payment)
Kona Drops or Pick Ups $100
Hilo Drops or Pick Ups $50 both $75
no gas or battery jump or other user error (non performance issue) $ depending on distance
Towing $ depending on fees
Tire damage by impact is your responsibility by wear and tear is my responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel service at anytime to protect our assets.

know if $800 for 28 days is the complete cost including taxes.

We recently rented a van for three days. Pick up and drop off was easy. The van drove well. Comfortably fit all seven off us. Price was reasonable. We were happy with it. Would rent again.
